Dzikir Subhanallah Walhamdulillah
Dzikir Allahumma Sholli 'Ala Muhammad

"Laa ilaaha illa Anta, subhaanaka inni kuntu minazh zhaalimiin."
"Laa ilaaha illa Anta, subhaanaka inni kuntu minazh zhaalimiin."
"Laa ilaaha illa Anta, subhaanaka inni kuntu minazh zhaalimiin."
------------------------
Badiuzzaman Said Nursi menghadiri acara itu. Said Nursi menyampaikan amanat yang menyihir lautan manusia.

"Saya jadi ingat Hadratusy Syaikh Hasyim Asy'ari, seorang ulama besar Indonesia.

Favorite Authors
Recently my friend just tagged me in facebook to write 15 authors of my favorite. It's quite fun because these days people in this generation started to forget to read books. So I think it's pretty smart to ask people to write in their status whose their favorite authors are to remind us again there are many authors have written so many good books to read out there. Books are the window to open our mind to see the world.
So here's the list of mine......
My favourite authors :
1. Dan Brown (suka bgt Inferno sama Da Vinci Code-nya)
2. Habiburrahman El Shirazi (bisa bgt ngegabungin novel roman, sejarah, & fikih)
3. Hanum Salsabila Rais (abis baca bukunya lgsg pengen jalan2)
4. Ika Natassa (cerita2nya cosmopolitan bgt, fresh)
6. Agus Mustofa (bukunya mostly about science and religion)
7. Paulo Coelho (dalem banget tulisannya, alchemist still the best)
8. Sophie Kinsella (novel girly buat yg suka shopping, haha)
9. Pramoedya Ananta Toer (what a legend!)
10. J.K. Rowling (ga pernah baca bukunya, tp suka bgt nonton harry potter)
11. Dewi Lestari (satu2nya yg pernah dibaca baru Madre, tp lgsg suka gaya ceritanya, jd pengen baca semua novelnya dr supernova, petir, rectoverso, dll)
12. Hermawan Kartajaya (Marketing in Venus is my favorite)
13. John C Maxwell (The Right To Lead is a must-read piece)

And of course on top of everything, my one and only favorite book all the time, written by The Greatest Author in the entire universe, which I'll keep reading over and over again, insyaa Allah, will always be Al-Qur'an.
:)

Hangugo (한국어)
Long long time ago, my English teacher told us in a classroom that if we could talk in English in our dream (while we're sleeping) it means that we already mastered the English language. Then after a couple years since my teacher told us that, finally I got the dream! Hahaha, I was so happy believing that I have mastered my English language.
Of course it's not true, hahaa, I still lack in conversation and sometimes got mixed up in using tenses up to now. Hikss.... But one thing I'm certain of, that dream showed that I already into the language and I got the confidence in using it anytime. (even with lots of mistake) *big grin*
So what's the relation with Hangugo? What is Hangugo? Hangugo (한국어) means Korean Language.
As you know, these days I've been very keen about Hangul (Korean Alphabets). If there's a blank paper, I feel like always want to write Hangul. Maybe due to this new habit, yesterday night I got a very absurd dream. I dreamt speaking in Korean languange. :D I remember I said the words :
- 'saram' (사람) means someone
- 'saramdeuri' (사람들이) means people
- and 'banmal' (반말) means informal speech or casual speech
Yayy, does it mean I have really mastered Korean? Hahaha, hopefully... someday... *cross finger*
Here are a couple of my hangul handwriting, my small notebook is now full of my hangul writings, just like an elementary student's assignment book. Very messy, but I kinda like it. :D

Just Like A Teenager
Can't help to share this lovely scene from a movie I just watched. So cute :"D
I really like how honest Ji Ahn (the teenage boy) told Song Yi (the teenage girl) that he doesn't have a lot of money to spend to have a fancy date, but he has some ideas how they can still have fun together even with a little money they have.
In the previous scenes, Song Yi already confessed first that she likes him. Ji Ahn likes her too, but he rejected to date her. He told her he couldn't be more than a friend. But actually it was a lie, he didn't want to go out with her due to his financial state. He didn't want her to suffer dating a guy like him. Moreover Song Yi's economy state is not even better than him. So he thought that it would be better if she meets someone who can take care of her.
Then it took awhile for Ji Ahn to gather his courage, finally, to tell her the reason why. If she's okay to date even it's not a luxurious one, then he would like to go out with her. It's so sweet isn't it, the way Ji Ahn asked her to go out with him. :") Ji Ahn is so cuuutee...... Can't help to adore him, I really like his deep voice. :P Oh no, I feel like a noona fans already. (noona = older sister in Korean)
Actually there's a boy who likes Song Yi too, his name is Yoon Tae Oh. They were friends since a kid. His condition is way better than Ji Ahn. He's rich, handsome, witty, and really care about Song Yi. If she's in trouble, Tae Oh will help her as much as he could. He's always there for her in most of her difficult times. But Song Yi doesn't have any feeling to Tae Oh. So Tae Oh doesn't have any plan as well to date her because he's still want to have fun in his youthful age.
I know dating is not allowed in my religion, unless it's a date after we're married. But I'm sure in our youthful age, we were once ever had a crush on someone, a foolish love, or maybe a first love like in this movie. However, I only want to bring out the good meaning from the scene above. I see this scene somehow tells us the wisdom about happiness. Just like a teenage boy who plainly asks someone he likes to have fun together even only with a little money they have.
By the way, I'm not suggesting teenagers to have a date like this, no no no... Don't get it wrong. :P If you're still a teenager, the best way to have fun is to achieve good grades in school. Don't go out for a date, it's very dangerous. It could ruin your future if you don't have any self-restraint then lose control. It's much better to work hard while you're young, achieve good grades, and get a nice hobby. When you grow up, you can enjoy the result of the hard works you earned while you're still young, then you can have fun as much as you like. ;)
Back to the movie. Actually for a woman, it's better to chose a man like Yoon Tae Oh. Someone who has the ability to take care, and someone who loves her more. That way at least she would not be wasted. If she chose someone like Ji Ahn, she needs to be ready to live a long way of struggling life. There's nothing wrong of living a struggling life, we're all struggling in any way. Many people can still be happy even with the very least of what they have. But if only we're given a choice to choose between the two, choose someone who loves us and has the ability to take care. That's one wisdom I used to heard from married people. Anyway Tae Oh is not bad at all, he's very cute. Hahahaa...
I'm aware as well that love cannot be forced. There are times when we like someone like Ji Ahn in reality. Though he's not perfect, doesn't have much money, still struggling, but out of nowhere we like him. Maybe that's what it called 'chemistry'. It connects people into one big scenario called destiny. It works just like a magnet. But I wouldn't mind if my magnet appears like Ji Ahn. Who would? :D
Anyway, here's the soundtrack from the movie. I keep listening it these days, sounds good. It makes me feel young again. Can you guess which one is Yoon Tae Oh from this video clip?

Jae Hyon Si Anak Kucing & Binatang Peliharaan Lainnya
Hahahaa..... Si Jae Hyon ini lucu bangeeet, warnanya kuning belang-belang coklat. Satu keluarga saya suka manggil dia Si Kuning. Klo mama saya manggil di Si Kalung, karena dia dikasih kalung sama mama saya buat pemanis. Hahaha....
Tapi entah kenapa malam harinya saya merasa sangat bersalah.

Tapi entah kenapa malam harinya saya merasa sangat bersalah.
Hehehee..... *jadi malu, malu-malu kucing* :"D
Sekarang si Jae Hyon udah agak besar, dia udah ngerti setelah diajarin dikit-dikit. Dia udah ga suka nempel-nempel lagi kayak dulu.
Hahahaa... Kita sempat punya :
- dua ekor Ayam Kalkun (namanya si Jack & Emma)
- seekor Ayam Betina (namanya Carsini)
- sepasang ayam kampung (namanya Kocar & Kacir)
- dua ekor Bebek (namanya si Kwik & Kwek)
- dua ekor Angsa (lupa siapa namanya)
- dan satu ekor Burung Hantu kecil (namanya Hedwig)
Hahaa, rame banget yaaa.
Xixixiii, see yaaa.......

The Last Words
A few days ago I just browsed my old pictures in my mobile phone and I found my dad's last message to me which I screen captured so I won't lose it. I miss my dad a lot :((((( From all of my family members, the one I can comfortably talk to is only my dad. Now I feel really so much lonely, not because I'm all alone. I'm surrounded by many people, but none of them I can talk to. It's very hard to find someone who can understand our mind and have the same way of thinking, also even harder to have someone who would understand what we feel.
My dad texted me on the day he passed away. But I didn't reply it because I was about to meet him again in the next few days. Who knows that it would be his last words to me. Anyhow I feel grateful at least my dad said good bye to me before he really went for good. Actually a week before he's gone, he sent me off to airport. We sat on a bench while drinking coffee. I ordered a bitter coffee due to my diet restriction, but I didn't like it so I gave it to my dad. And he finished it. Then after he finished my coffee, he walked me to the boarding gate. It's the last time I saw him and said my last good bye. All I can remember is he's smiling to me and waved from the gate door. I feel grateful I have one good memory of my last moment with my dad.
Although I feel regret that I didn't reply his message, but I don't have any regret at all about the things I have done while he's still alive. I have been a good daughter to my dad, I've showed him all of my good achievements. I never got in a big trouble that made him worry or disappoint with me. I graduated satisfyingly and then got a good job which made him feel relieve to leave me by myself. So there's nothing I regret about his leaving. The only thing I regret is just I couldn't go home and spend more time anymore with him. I feel like an orphan now.

Hangul
Recently I'm really fond of Hangul letters. Hangul is Korean alphabet that usually used to write Korean words. I learnt Korean language for the first time when I was in college. And since then I became fond in anything about Korea. :D Yeah as you can see, mostly what I wrote in this blog has something to do with Korean dramas. Hahaha...
I learnt Korean language from a Korean teacher directly. He's a very kind person, he really loves Indonesia so that's why he stayed in Indonesia for a couple of years with his family. Then during his busyness, he spared one or two days a week to teach Korean language voluntarily to college students who really keen in learning Korean. So me and my friends every week visited his house to study together. It's very fun, sometimes his wife also helped him to teach us a couple of words. And sometimes their cute little son played with us as we learnt some phrases. :D There was a time also when we had some guests from Korean college students, we played together like kindergarten kids while learning Korean language. We were singing together and playing some games 'till evening.
I never had any language lesson as fun as that time ever in my life. So the good feeling about Korea still lingering in my mind up to now.
Anyway, here are a couple of my Hangul handwriting. I used to practice by writing some music lyrics or some nice quotes. It's quite fun doing it since I really like it. :)

While There Is Life, There Is Hope
If I could live once again in the future, I would want to be a doctor. :)
Since I was a kid, I always like the hospital environment. I always hope I could get hospitalized so I could get all the hospital services that I had dreamed of. But it never got realized since I never got any serious illness or injury at that time that needed to be hospitalized. Though I really like to be in a hospital, but I didn't have enough confidence to be a doctor because my science grade was not so good. I always got low grades for all science subjects, such as Biology, Chemicals, Physics, and even Mathematics. I couldn't believe it as well because my father was an Alchemist and my mother was a Pharmacist. Both of my parents were science people, but I don't inherit any of their brains. =/ Somehow I turned out to be more talented in social, arts, and language.
Though I never got hospitalized when I was a kid, but I do have some memories being treated in a hospital. The worst case I got into a hospital, was when I had a bad injury on my head that I got from fighting with my younger brother. So that time we had a big fight like cats and dogs, me and my brother were pushing a big chair to each other. It was a such a big chair for elementary kids like us to play around, at the top of the chair there was a sharp carving made of wood. So we're pushing the chair to each other because we're both didn't want to lose the fight, but then I lost my grip and my brother pushed it so hard so the chair hit me from in front, the chair fell down onto me and the sharp carving stabbed right into my front head. I didn't cry when it happened, thankfully I was still conscious and the carving didn't get deeper, so right away with my reflex I pulled it out and saw something coming out. Sounds scary isn't it? It's even scarier when I saw the hole on my head in the mirror, that's when I cried out loud. Then my mom brought me to the hospital, and I got stitched painfully since the doctor didn't put me to sleep. I remember there were a few people holding my hands and legs while the doctor was stitching me, because I was struggling a lot and crying out loud. But after that we went back home since I didn't have to stay in hospital.
A few injuries also happened when I grew up as a teenager, but none of it made me even stay a night in a hospital. I've ever fainted twice, one when I was attending a school ceremony and second one when I was having a small meeting in front of the class room. The first one is quite memorable because my face hit the school field's ground, I could hear people talking to save me a few moments after I collapsed and laid on the ground. Then I could feel a few people were carrying me together to the treatment room. I didn't injure that much, I only got some bruises on my face, hands, and legs. The worst part was my lips, it was bleeding a bit and got swollen later on. But I received people's care and attention that made me feel the pain less.
Then in high school, I've ever sicked once when I got too exhausted due to the tight training schedule of my marching band activity as we're about to enter a championship. I got a typhoid illness and made me have to rest for 2 to 3 weeks. But amazingly it didn't make me stay in a hospital as I was expected for so long. My dad treated me at house, he made some soups that could help the healing process and gave me the medicine day and night. My dad was quite good in treating me whenever I was sick. I didn't know where he learnt the theory on how to treat illness, but his treatments work all the time. I really like his homemade porridge, it tasted good I could even finish one full pot. :)
Anyway, lately I've been following one nice serial movies called D-Day. This movie told about a tragedy of earthquake that caused many people injured in a city. This disaster had caused the medical staffs in a hospital to struggle saving all the victims who got injured. Among those medical personnel, there's one doctor who would take any risks to save the victims no matter what it takes. Unlike other doctors who were so cautious to take the responsibility, Lee Hae Sung was there to carry all the load in every critical case in order to save the patient's life.
I got touched by one scene above when the doctor told his colleague why he saved the patient whereas it was clearly shown that the patient only got a very small chance to live because his injury was terrible and the hospital was run out of medical supplies and they couldn't do any blood transfusion since there's no stock of blood. Then the doctor answered that he would do anything even there's only 1% chance of survival because he's a doctor.
This scene reminds me again of one good doctor who treated me when I was in a critical moment when I had food poisoned about 3 years ago. There's a doctor who visited me at night after I got hospitalized. It's my first time staying in a hospital, finally my wish to get hospitalized came true. But I was all alone since I came by myself without any family when I lived abroad, and I was in an emergency situation to tell my friends about me getting sick at that moment. So this kind doctor visited me while I was sleeping, then I got half-awake a bit after hearing the doctor and the nurse were talking. I heard the nurse said something like "this patient was all alone, no family, the condition was critical", and so on explaining the situations to the doctor. While the nurse explaining, I was still shivering in a cold, I could feel my entire body was a bit shaking due to the cold. Then I remember suddenly the doctor held my right hand for a moment to calm me then rubbed it like... you know when someone pity on you or feel bad on you then they show their caring and sympathy by holding your hand. Not just holding but actually giving their sincere care. I didn't see the doctor's face since I was half-conscious, but I felt all of the caring through the warm hand which holding me that night.
I wish the doctor would be someone like in the movie above, then I definitely would be his number one fan. :)
It was Alexandra Hospital the place where I got hospitalized for the first time in my life. The place where I met the doctor who made me feel cared as a human. All the medical personnel who treated me in that hospital were so nice. They're warm and caring just like a family. There was a kind doctor as well who visited me after I got a little bit better, she talked to me nicely and smiled to me while reminding me not to forget to drink a lot since I lost many fluids. I didn't remember there was someone who has spoken as nice as that in the country since I lived there, and also the nurses treated me so well and never even once being harsh like what we've often seen in the movies. I remember there's a nurse who kept helping me going to the bathroom since I have to carry all the fluids and the medical equipment. If I felt hurt whenever I had to go to the bathroom, the nurse would encouraged me patiently,"hey don't cry, it's okay...".

I felt thankful while being treated there, it's the first time I feel being taken care of by many people. My friends also visited me while I was there, they're all very kind sparing their time in their busy work life. There's also a friend who stayed all night for me even though I told her to go home since she has to work. I felt really touched by their caring somehow. If I get a chance I will pay their kindness one day. :)
My mom and my auntie also visited me once, they flew right away after hearing the news that I got sicked. I kinda miss my auntie, she was very nice and kind. But unfortunately she already passed away, just a few months after my father's funeral. I feel deeply saddened by her leaving. When I was a kid, I also have a very kind auntie who taught me some handmade crafts. I learned how to paint a shirt and canvas bag, make a miniature from gypsum, and how to make some crafts from paper. She would like to teach me how to bake a Brownies as well, sometimes she told me some stories about her hometown on how nice it was. I always remember the time when I was about to go to a party with my friends, she was there smiling at me and said "have fun!" But sadly one day she got a terminal cancer, I visited her in a hospital with my dad. She looked so pale and weak. I asked her whether it was hurt, then she smiled weakly and said yes it was hurt but it's okay. I still remember it until now how she smiled at me who was still a teenager, not even an adult, but she answered me nicely even though she was sicked. Unfortunately not long after that, she passed away. We all felt deeply saddened by her leaving. Why some nice and kind people I've known left so fast and leave their memories with us? No matter how hard to let them go, I feel very grateful that I could known some nice and kind people like them in my life.
Anyway about a year ago, my mother just got a surgery. It was the first time in my life waiting for someone in a hospital. It felt very different with the feeling when I got hospitalized. When you were there to look up for someone you know who got treated, it felt very uneasy. I couldn't sleep well while waiting there. Right on the day when the surgery held, we're all felt anxious while waiting in front of the operation room. I felt like, "oh so this is how it feels waiting for someone you know getting a surgery". While we were waiting, there was another family as well who waited for their family member in another operation room. I saw their family member once before he's taken into the operation room. I coincidentally saw him in front of the elevator when I was taking a break. He was laying on a bed with eyes weakly open but the gaze was blank. He's not moving at all, only staring somewhere blankly. He got a priority to board the elevator first, along with the medical personnel who accompanied him. Then after he went upstairs, I boarded the elevator as well going to the same floor as where he would have the surgery. I didn't know before that he was an emergency patient because it didn't appear like it was critical since his appearance was fine and looked so calm for a patient who would get a surgery. Unlike my mother, even before entering the operation room she was so nervous and couldn't calm at all. I just knew later on then what happened to the patient I met in front of the elevator. A little while after we waited, there's a rushing of people coming in and out from the operation room where the patient was taken. The family member who waited there also looked even more anxious than before. The patient's operation room was located right in front of the waiting room, so we could see slightly the activity inside there. Even without explanation, people could tell that the doctors and nurses were struggling there. This panics situation made us feel uneasy as well, because my mother was still having her surgery. Then suddenly after awhile, someone came and talked to the patient's family member. It was silent for a moment and all we could hear was the voice of that person who talked to the family member, but I didn't hear clearly what he said. Then after he talked, suddenly the family members shouted and cried out loud.
Then later on we just knew that the patient whom I met in front of the elevator couldn't make it, he passed away in the operation room. I had no idea at all that I just saw someone who's dying. I couldn't believe it that someone I just met with eyes clearly open and awake, suddenly died in a few minutes later. If I remember it again, I still can't believe it. That day I just learned, so that's how human's life is. It could gone just in a minute.
My mother's surgery went well alhamdulillah, her surgery finished just a few moment later. She has recovered and getting better up to now. While I was waiting for my mother in a hospital after the surgery, I spent some time to look around the hospital building. It's a nice hospital, I like the staff's cafeteria that located down stair. I used to have breakfast there, I loved to hear the medical staffs talking about medical things while drinking my coffee. The coffee served there was fabulous, they would give one medium size pot so we can refill it by our self. Maybe because the staffs there need to stay awake while doing their job, so they would give not only one cup but one pot of coffee. Hehehe.

I see that some people finding it hard to stay around in a hospital. Some are worry to check up their illness, some others are unwilling to see their loved ones getting through the pain, many others are even having it difficult dealing with the medical bills, and some are having a hard time to see their family's gone. But on the other side no matter how hard it is, I can feel the hopes that people keep holding inside, the expectations, the prayers, the willingness to stay alive. This is why I really like to stay around in a hospital, to see people's hopes and their relentless struggle for a life.
Anyone who has one reason to live, he can endure almost all the things.

Beach or Mountain?
Finally the korean drama I've been following these days has reached its final episode. I have posted before the short synopsis here. As expected, the story ended exactly as what I guessed from the first. They're finally getting married and live happily ever after. Yeay!! xD
Don't laugh, haha I know it's so cheesy. But I can't help to like it. x'D Especially the scenes when Choi Won proposed Ha Na. I like the way Choi Won asked Ha Na to get married, his words were so relax and free from any burden that used to be associated with marriage. It's not full of excessive promises nor too much poetic words which giving us headache when hearing it, but rather he's bringing it nicely by asking her to have fun and play with him forever.
By the way, a few days ago I just attended my cousin's wedding. And it's very nice to meet other family members whom I haven't seen for a very long time. And the excited part was for the first time I got a proper make up done by a make up artist. Actually it's not the first time, I've got two times getting a make up by a make up artist when I was attended a wedding party as well, but this time is the nicest one that properly done. I really like the result. :)

This scene makes me remember a psychological test to see whether we're being serious when we're in relationship or not. So one day one of my friend tested me, I know he's trying to figure out what kind of girl I am, hahaha, but I didn't tell him that I know about the meaning of the test. So he asked me, if I were given a choice to choose between mountains and beaches which one that I prefer the most. Then I answered, I like beaches more. Then he got shocked by my answer, hahaa.... Then I explained to him, actually in reality I went to the mountains more frequent than I went to the beaches. I've hiked Papandayan mountain, having a trip to Bromo, Ijen Crater, Dieng Plateau, Ngarai Sianok, and a few more places above the sea level. While I only went to the beaches a few times. It's such a rare chance for me to explore the beauty of seashore, sandy beaches, and the blue water of the sea. So that's why if I have a chance, I would like to explore beaches more and enjoy the warm day with ice coconut drinks. :D
Oh such a paradise, ohohoo.... But actually, in that test if we choose beaches over the mountains, it means that we are a type of person who's not serious in a relationship. Otherwise, if we choose mountains, meaning we're ready to settle down.
Ridiculous isn't it? Hahaha.. :D
These days I've been posting about the topic of love & relationship, but please don't call me pathetic. :p Actually I'm not in a rush to settle down nor jealous with people who have finally found the one. But I can't deny that I envy it, hahaa... *what's the bloody hell different*
Anyway I've been thinking these days, I think it's fun to have a foreign spouse whose language is different from me. So I can practice everyday to talk differently, since I'm a bit bored and sick these days with my own country. Ooh my dear, my country is getting worse day by day. The currency rates is terrible compare to dollar, and now we're getting out of stock for beef. The butchers have stop selling beef everywhere, then the fuel price still high, fiuuhh so many things to concern. I've been thinking in moving to UK, South Korea, Singapore or any place that more stable to live in and to have fun of course. Who knows I may find the one there. *I wish* ;P

And the excited part was for the first time I got a proper make up done by a make up artist. Actually it's not the first time, I've got two times getting a make up by a make up artist when I was attended a wedding party as well, but this time is the nicest one that properly done. I really like the result. :)
Do you know what I like the most from wedding party? Beside the nice foods and drinks, I can see people wearing nice clothes. Women wear beautiful dresses and men wear nice suits, people look more decent in nice clothes. But I don't like the after effect when the euphoria ended. Suddenly you feel empty after a bunch of excitements. Just like when we hike a mountain, we'll get too much excitements when we finally reach the peak, but when we continue again the journey the excitements suddenly gone.
That's why I like beaches more than mountains. I like the atmosphere when we go to the beach, people are more relax and free of worries. People tend to enjoy the present time rather than worrying about the future or thinking about the past. To me, I want to have that kind of happiness which allowed me to just enjoy the present moment. So I can be more grateful and useful for others. La dolce de la vita.

Beyond What The Eyes Can See
A week ago I just read a very touching article about a woman who has survived from a fire disaster. Almost 60 percent of her body burned severely, even she had to lose her fingers both right and left hand. But what I found incredible in this incident is that she doesn't give up and drown in misery. She continue her life, keeps on going through the difficult times, though her outer physical will never be the same anymore.
Finding the fact that she was a model, named Turia Pitt, made me adore her fighting spirit even more. But there's something more amazing that I read from the news, that made my heart melt into pieces.
She has someone who stayed beside her even her appearance has changed totally. Before she got into this incident, she has a boyfriend that she dated. From the story that she told in the video below, her boyfriend didn't left her since day 1 after she got burned. He accompanied her going through the difficult times and still stay beside her until now. I'm amazed in the fact that he didn't break up with her after the incident. When a man dated a model, he must be attracted with her outer physical, such as her beauty face, good shape of body, etc. And every single man in this world has a physical desire, which cannot be put aside, in need of a woman who can fulfill his needs. Moreover in the modern lifestyle nowadays, especially in western culture, where free lifestyle is happening, man needs a beautiful and healthy woman to be with him. But amazingly, he didn't leave her behind. Nor scared of seeing her outer appearance after being burned.
Here's the article that I read :

Somehow I rarely find this kind of amazing story in my own country. Beautiful story like this usually comes from overseas. Or maybe it's just me who are outdated from reading domestic news in my country. What I can easily find these days in my hometown are the news of celebrities getting divorced or a pious scholar got polygamy. It's not that I'm expecting that much of a beautiful romance story to hear, nor against polygamy, but I'm just wondering why it's very hard to find a good man like this. :D
How wonderful isn't it looking at their pictures together, despite the religion, good and bad, and other barriers that might be on the way. If I were to asked whether I can look at someone beyond what the eyes can see, big probability I'm not be able to do so like this man does. That's why I think it's very hard to find someone like this nowadays who can see beyond what the eyes can see and going through what the mind can accept.
But somehow I'm sure deep in each and everyone's heart, we want to be loved not because of our physical appearance, our family background, financial state, or our social status. Even myself, I want somewhat to be loved because of my soul, my heart, my personality, and who I really am. Not because of how pretty I am, how religious I become, or how successful my work is. But on the other hand, I'm not confident enough to say that I have a good soul, a good personality, or a good character that worth to be loved. I know how complicated myself is that people may finding it hard to understand.
So in order for people to understand us, somehow we have to be able to show that we are worth of love. And from what I learnt, it can only be obtained if we are able to fulfill people's expectations, for example people like to see someone who is well groomed, has achieved high education, has certain work in promising field or industry, well mannered, friendly, has wider knowledge, a good believer, etc etc. Somewhat we are expected to push our own limits to extent the possibility of being lovedsincerely, as a reward of our struggling hardships. When we have finally checked all the criteria based on our standard and preferences, then there where our heart and soul may start to open and accept.
Though the theory said that love can go through any barriers, even time and space, but we cannot disregard the fact that unconditional love between strangers can only happened when the basic requirements has been passed through. Unless the love of a mother to her child, love still required a settled condition to grow well. and love itself could change as the time goes by doesn't it?
Anyway, knowing the story of Turia Pitt made me realize how lack of gratitude I am all this time. I forgot how to be thankful to Allah SWT who blessed me with so many good things more than I deserved... Thank you Yaa Allah, you still let me live until this moment and giving more than I ever asked, thank you for the perfect body You have given me while out there many people are lacked of.
I will do my best to be a better person that I could be.... So I am worth of love and sincerity like this person has showed us.

The Australian ex-model Turia Pitt suffered burns to 65 percent of her body, lost her fingers and thumb on her right hand and spent five months in hospital after she was trapped by a grassfire in a 100 kilometre ultra-marathon in the Kimberley. Her boyfriend decided to quit his job to care for her recovery. Days ago, in an interview for CNN they asked him:
“Did you at any moment think about leaving her and hiring someone to take care of her and moving on with your life?”
His reply touched the world:
“I married her soul, her character, and she’s the only woman that will continue to fulfill my dreams.”

Opposite Best Friend
Since last week, I got a very bad cough. And yesterday it kept me awake all night, I couldn't sleep well due to the cough. So I decided to wake up and do something else in the middle of the night.
When I woke up, I remembered I was curious about something, not so important but I kinda bit interested to find out. Recently I've been following another Korean romantic drama, and I really like the story and the actor who played it. The film brought me back to the times in my younger age when I had some romantic moments that made my heart fluttering and my stomach filled with a bunch of butterflies. The feeling when we're in love kinda thing that I had again when I was watching "The Time That I Loved You".
The story is about two best friends, a man and a woman, who have been together in a good friendship for 17 years but not yet realized nor admitted they have feelings for each other. It's kinda cheesy story, I know... ;D that over and over reproduced in a movie. But somehow watching it again doesn't feel that bad, it's quite nice to watch. Since it's a very light topic which people often easily find it as well in real life.
Actually, I'm one of a few who find it hard to believe that men and woman can be best friends. One of them must have a feeling for the other, or even both of them could have feelings for each other. How can a man and a woman just having a casual relationship without getting attracted for so long? Though I know maybe out there it could be possible, but I won't naively believe it since I never have a male best friend. Hahaa....
Back to the drama, when I really like the character in any movie that I watched, I will start googling about the real actor who played it. I want to know further how is the real character of the actor, is he really as charming as his character in the drama? Is he as nice and as handsome as it seems on screen? What kind of person he is actually? So from this I would like to decide whether I'm going to admire him further or just leave it be in the movie only. Hahaa, don't mock me for this.
So my curiosity ended up after I watched "Strong Heart" variety shows, episode 125 and 126 where the real actor, Lee Jin Wook, who played the drama showed his real character. I couldn't stop laughing all night when I watched this two episodes, it's really funny and silly to hear about the actor's life stories.
Strong Heart Ep.125
Strong Heart Ep.126
From this variety shows, rather than his real love stories it's more interested to hear about his friendship that has been occurred for 10 years with his best friend which is also an actor, Kim Ji Seok. Both of them are admirable and handsome, I really envy their friendship that could lasts for years and still close until now. They said they did everything together from shopping, travelling, eating, enlisting military, sharing schedule, even living together. People in the variety shows even misunderstood their close friendship, they thought both of them were gay, hahahaa.... But it's not true, they clarified it in the end. Lee Jin Wook said "I think aside from kissing we did everything" x'D *LOL*
From what I saw, they have opposite personality. Jin Wook oppa is more calm, stiff, persuasive, and serious. While Ji Seok oppa is wittier, funny, talkative, easy going, and cheerful. This might be an advantage for both of them, so they can complete each other as best friends. Oh how nice isn't it to have someone you can share everything with in your daily life. I envy you both oppa! :D
Okay, it's getting very late and I'm so sleepy. Time to sleep.... *yawn*
Last but not least, let me share this two soundtracks below from the drama. I really like it. It's very nice to hear, it brings back the good memories again. Especially when we're in love... :)
